I am the 2nd woman to submit a K1 Petition for my Pakistani Fiance'. The first woman had a change of heart and they went there seperatee ways. Two years later we find each other and get engaged. We are in our 21st month of Administration Processing. I realize from the many threads I have read that a long AP from Pakistan is not unusual. But I am wondering if this being his 2nd time as a benefactor will cause this process to take even longer for us. My questions are: Is there anyone that was also the 2nd Petitioner and did you experience a lengthy wait in AP? - and - if there are many people out there that have been in AP since 2008 like us? (I would feel better to know this is "normal")

Thank you for your time!

One cant say for sure that is will slow things down, but it likely wont make things any easier... It just gives them additional cause to look deep and wonder if something fishy is going on...
