Comments : 8/06/2012 - USCIS says case was returned, petition has expired, no further action can be taken on this case.
6/22/2012 - recieved a letter from my Senator that our case was being returned to USCIS.
5/30/2012 - still waiting. AP for 41 months
1/09/2012 - still waiting. AP for 37 months.
3/16/2011 - still waiting. In 1/2011 they asked my fiance for passport and other docs. 2/7/2011 they say all docs are fine, and put us back on AP. 32 months in immigration process, 27 months in AP.
