NVC's AVR re: completion date

Hi-

On September 15, 2010 I got SIF.

On September 16, 2010 - AVR said my case completed on September 15, 2010.

On September 17, 2010 - AVR said my case completed on September 16, 2010.

On September 21, 2010 - AVR said my case completed on September 20, 2010.

Does anyone have similar issues? I am confused as to when exactly my case was completed. NVC operator said that they do not know why this is happening.

Engagement: Febraury 23, 2009

Wedding: Januray 20, 2010

I-130 Sent : February 25, 2010

I-130 NOA1: March 5, 2010

I-130 Approved : July 7, 2010

NVC Received: July 12, 2010

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill: July 14, 2010

Pay I-864 Bill: July 15, 2010

Return Completed I-864 : July 19, 2010

Return Completed DS-3032 by email : July 15, 2010

Receive IV Bill : July 23, 2010

Pay IV Bill: July 23, 2010

Receive Instruction Package: July 28, 2010

Ughhh..that's wiered...did you try to talk to an operator(human)?

I wouldn't go by the avr, I suggest you call and get the correct date...my case was complete on September 17 and the avr did not change from your documents were received ....wait 6-8 weeks..:bonk: :bonk: :bonk: .today it finally says case complete lol!!! it's better to speak to an operator... good luck!

She said that the case was firstly completed on Sep 16 and later on Sep 20 they recieved some "documents" and those documents were reviewed and that is why the date was changed from 16th to 20th. Oh well - what documents? I did not send any documents? Do not know what the hell are they doing up there! All I need is early November appointment, whatever the date of completion is!
