Hello all! So we received our NVC case # on Friday (on the phone recording). This is all so confusing!!! We want to get everything done as quick as possible and want to know what the best steps are to take.

We have all of the documents for all of the applications.

Can my husband send an email instead of the DS 3032 or does he have to scan that and send it as well? Can we do that today even though it is Sunday?

Also, if we opt for electronic processing, do I have to do that before we send the email?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! I just want to do everything in the right order!

on Monday or Tuesday - have the USC Spouse call in, give the email addresses on both of you, then wait for the AOS FEE BILL to hit yer email box.

Once it hits, it's a good sign that NVC is 'ready ' for you - can OPT IN that same day.

Whilst yer waiting, though, have the USC Spouse fill out an I-864, and the foreign spouse fill out a DS-230, and get the civil documents prepped.

Good Luck !
