Fly out of Buffalo on trip to China with I-130 pending?

As the title of the thread indicates, I'd like to go to China with my Canadian wife, and we would like to fly out of Buffalo because it's cheaper. If we bring tickets, hotel reservation info, evidence I live in Toronto, etc and we're on a Greyhound bus destined for the airport, do you think they're likely to turn her away?

i think if you show tickets in hand, and valid china visa in the passport, should be ok.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

It would be a good idea for her to have ties to Canada with her as well.

I'm from the Niagara Falls area and have always used the buffalo airport when traveling anywhere. I crossed the border fairly frequently (Peace Bridge) and continued to use the airport when we had a pending I-129F petition. It really is no different if she was crossing for a shopping trip, or going to visit friends or family. Make sure she has prof of ties to Canada on her, and evidence of filling the I-130. It shows you are aware of the correct and legal way to immigrate, and are using the correct channels to do so. That combined with plane tickets and hotel information should serve as some solid evidence. Personally, I never had any problems doing this.
