Red flags are things that make them suspisous that the relationship isn't real. One for us is that I am older than he is.

ohhhh...! me too. May be that's the reason. But i visit my husband 6 times in 3 1/2 years. What other proofs they need.?? This wait is hard now. I don't want to check VFS site anymore. Tired of checking this site everyday...!!! Oh God please Help.. :innocent::help:

I also call to the VFS every working day to check the status and I am tired of this. Friday is holiday; let us see IF anything happen on Monday.

If you're put in AP there's almost always a reason for it and probably in your case it's because you're older than your husband. Were either of you married previously?

Amankular,

I have been waiting for 8 months now! I am a UKC married to a USC and filed in London which is even more amazing. Who would of thought that I would be waiting for 8 months while people from Pakistan and India would already have received their visa!

Now that the holiday season is in full swing I am not expecting to hear anything till the second week of January.

Amankular and everyone else, have you hired a lawyer that is looking into your case?

All the best
