I file my I-360 on June 2010, because I was the abuse that I suffer with a USC. After 3 years and 3 months I got my vawa approve case. It was difficult because I had a DUI on Feb 2007 and probation expires until April 2010, so I had to proof I am a person of good moral character. I finally got my approval on Septemer 7, 2010, but on August 5, 2010 police caught me driving without license bacuase I did an ilegal u-turn, I would like to know if somebody has a similar case and what happens or if somebody has any advise about it. I also would like to know if it would be better to go to court for this ticket on 9/20/2010 or request an extension of 60 days. Please I need any advice. I appriciate it.

Thanks.

You posted this in the wrong forum.

You're lucky they approved your VAWA with a DUI. Since you were driving without a license and made an illegal u-turn, it doesn't sound like the experience and probation taught you anything.

Traffic infractions are not deportable offenses. Go to court whenever you wish.
