I requested through my congresswoman's office to expedite my husband's EAD and on

11-12-2010 I received a call from the congresswoman's office stating they were contacting USCIS to expedite EAD and on 11-15-210 I received a call from the congresswoman's office confirming our request to expedite was approved and EAD will be adjudicated in 7 business days and should receive EAD card 10 days after that.

Also the I-485 has been moved to the next step to schedule interview too. Yeah - so happy!!! :dance:

Congrats!!!! :dance::dance::dance: I want my EAD soooo bad...

September filer here too! I just found out this site a week ago and wished I saw this site before my husband and I filed for my AOS from F1...We used a lawyer to help us with the paperwork... It's nice to share thoughts with fellow filer and learn from each other's experiences...went to my biometrics appointment today, got there around 9:35 got out about 9:50...:)

OMG the expediting request actually worked, thank GOD, we received the BEST email that my husband's EAD card is in production. He will be checking the mail everyday. :dance::dance::thumbs:

Now the waiting for the interview letter begins.

If you EAD is in process of production you will get an email from USCIS and if it has been touched the date will change. I have read some people aren't getting their EAD until after thier interview or sometimes after they get their greencard. It various for everyon. I hope your's starts moving soon. good luck.
