Need advice. NVC process

Im working in my AOS paperwork. I called NVC a few days ago to verify if I can send the package by email and the representative told that is not acceptable by email. However, today I went to the NVC website and the AOS instructions link took me to the fallowing:

*Important Notice

* If you are part of Electronic Processing, please scan and email the form(s), civil documents, and photographs to the NVC Electronic Processing E-mail address. Sending physical documents to the NVC will delay the processing of your case.

* Otherwise, mail the form(s) and supporting documents to the NVC.

I choose to received all the info in my email, so that means I can not send the package by mail? I don't understand.

And also, I have noticed that most of the vj members send the AOS and IV packages using the physical mail. What can I do? Can anybody help me out this?

I thought you'd have to be 'eligible' to OPT IN to NVC Electronic Processing, in order to be able to EMAIL in the I-864 stuff.

in the drop down, at the bottom.

So, if yer country is IN the drop down, then yer eligible to participate.

Otherwise, sorry, I'm clueless for any 'blanket I-864 email send-off' policies.

To be clear(er), though - If you are part of Electronic Processing - you really should ascertain whether you are PART of Electronic Processing, or NOT PART of Electronic Processing, before trying to utilize something that is ELECTRONIC PROCESSING specific.

FWIW, 'receiving email' is not, by itself, the only criteria for participating in the NVC Electronic Processing Program.

yeah i think only a few places can do the electronic versions.

sending by mail is fine anyway. it can be there in less than 24 hours if you send it by express.

You mean asking a question here and spending 2 days is slower than Express mailing and delivering your package in 1 day

If you have paid online using NVC Case# and IIN, check the same payment site to see if the payment is "PAID". If yes, print out the bar code to mail the package.

Yes, I did it already. The AOS bill showed paid in 2 days. But We haven't received the IV bill yet and the DS3032 not accepted yet. That's my concern now. I think they're taking too much time to review emails.

Then you can send the AOS package with its barcoded sheet now.

IV bill will be generated only after DS-3032 acceptance. Did you provide them proper DS-3032 details by email?

Yes. I did. Actually, they sent me the AOS bill via email and the ds3032 form, too (they already knew my email address). So, I sent the choice of agent form and confirm that I want to received the info in my email address. And received the auto response.

Then call NVC live operator right now and enquire.

Keep trying many times. May be one 'good' operator will be there for you.

Did you try emailing them as well to enquire this DS-3032 delay?
