Has anyone lived or tried to stay together during the I130 process??? I would like to stay in Canada.. so my husband can come. For us to live as husband and wife in Canada.. I can keep my job, and still have my home in Canada.. any suggestions??

Unless you are a Canadian citizen or a canadian resident, you cannot 'live' in Canada. You may visit for up to 6 months at a time, giving entrance by Canadian CBP. However, constant crossing from Canada to US by a US citizen may raise flags

As canadian-wife posted it depends on your status. In addition, looking at your timeline it appears you may have other issues to deal with. What country was your husband deported from?

He was deported from USA... We just are trying to be together. I don't know what else to do....

It may be easier to get a tourist visa for Belgium and attempt to go for as long as you can. Trying to live in Canada won't do. You have no entitlments to living in Canada.

maybe... I called my employer today to see if they have any assignment that i can just work over the internet. Like this one. On my job they prefer me to be in the office, but they allow to work from home. I don't think since i work for a bank and personal credit that we will let me do that over seas. I know if i were them i wouldn't want my info across seas. So I am hoping that they can find me something that is based with my employer that revolves around accts on that side of the world. My acct manager doesn't know if they are global or not. So it's worth a try. =) sigh. I just want to be with my husband. I will work out everything else.
