Will my fiance need a sponsor

I am preparing forms for my fiance's open appointment. I've completed the I-134 and stated that I am self employed. My total income from my tax returns the last three years are below the poverty level because I have a lot of travel expenses (per diems) that I can deduct but my 1099's are well above the poverty level. Will they consider my travel expenses (hotels) deductions when looking at "total income"?

My fiance had her first visa appointment last year and was denied but was eligible for a waiver. The waiver has been approved and now we have another open appointment this month. Last year at the first fiance interview my total income on my tax returns and my assests (3X difference $ in bank) together was enough but my income for 2009 went down and I have spent some of my savings since then. Will she need a sponsor?

Also, since I use my parents address as my own address and if they decide to sponsor my fiance, will they need the I-864 or the I-864A? They file taxes together.

Does the Gross amount meet the standards? From my understanding they go by the total Gross amounts of all income.
