Found out why i didnt get my 1st NOA :(

Immigration screwed me When i got the I-129f, i went to the office in Sacramento to get it...well apparently they updated that I-129F but were still handing out the old ones in the sacramento office. They sent me back the WHOLE thing back saying they couldnt accept it until i sent them the revised copy of the I-129f. So i downloaded the I-129f from their website, so i hope that clears it up. There goes 2 weeks of waiting down the drain 2 more weeks now of waiting until i see my Fiancee again I can only pray i have no RFE's to make up for the lost time.

Horrible.. I would call that office and tell them so at least no one else will have this problem.

You are actually ahead of the game now. Instead of waiting for them to send you an RFE, you will now probably sail through the process. Two weeks of waiting is nothing - look around - people here have been waiting 5 months.

I hope so...they went thru everything and put everything together much neater than i had it and even put my photos on peices of paper and the passport photos in little tiny clear plastic. So lets hope thats all there is
