what is a "Case Barcode Strip" on choice of agent form DS3032? and where can i find it?

you dont need it. You can just have the beneficiary e-mail it from their account using this template: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

Or if you really want to barcode it and send it physically (and slow down the process since it needs to be filled out by the beneficiary) use this: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/DS-3032_barcode_instructions

if you havent already done so, call the NVC and give them your guy's e-mail addresses.
