im confused, i got a noa the other day that i havent paid the right fee and that i have to pay $355, now i see online that the fee is different again. which one is the right one?

08/16/2010 - AOS and I-130 arrived at the chicago lockbox

08/24/2010 - Received emails that my package was forwarded to NBC

if petition goes to NVC, then

NVC fees

I-864/AOS - 88

DS-230/IV - 404
