I am posting this on behalf of another member who is having difficulty starting a topic.

Status: (deon-ellyn) We file a I-129f we got noticed on August 26 2009 that they recieved our petition and for 11 months nothing happen by April 16 2010 they said they were transfering our petition of california to Vermont Service Center. I live from Missouri they said Vermont has case now they not tell us why they moved it to Vermont its been 11 months now they not ask us or anymore information. So we are wanting to know whats going on? we tryed to call many times but nothing happen...

well..as i see that your case was lost somewhere n they finally found it .anyways dun worry , iam almost 8 months now since my NOA1 and nothing new..so just pray and tell your wife to call the congressman and ask for his help.

You could try sending them an email and include your case number and describe your delay from A to Z and see what kind of reply you are going

to get.
