hi to all vj members

im no longer new to this site, and i was able to read so much about the other members and its all so informative, and now i got worried because i was able to read a case recently wherein a k1 visa has been denied because of a previous k1 visa with a different petitioner...does it mean that when you were petitioned before with a different petitioner, you will surely be denied if a 2nd petition will be made by a different petitioner??? please help...thank you vj members :D

No of course not. A 2nd petitioner is not a reason for denial. however, it must be disclosed and it may be scrutinized

April 29, 2013 - NOA1 for petition received

September 10, 2013 Interview - decision could not be made.

April 15, 2014 APPROVED. Wait for oath ceremony

Waited...

September 29, 2015 - sent letter to senator.

October 16, 2015 - US Citizen

I didn't have any problem.

just make sure your previous application is cancelled. And have the copy of the cancellation notice.

But be ready on your interview though, they will ask you about it.
