I suggest that you read the I-129F instructions TWICE, do what they say, then read them once again just to make sure before putting anything in the mail...

Otherwise, you're going to see the petition package in your own mailbox in about two weeks and go through this entire exercise again.

Thanks for all the replies, I'm sorry, I know that some of the things were covered in the guide, but I was confused by conflicting information that I had found in different places. I had read that I could mail it in, but I also thought that I could bring it in as well. Also, there were two different places for mailing it, so I didn't know if they had different processing times or not. I just wanted it to go as quickly as possible. Thanks for all the help, I appreciate it!

A lot has changed recently. Your best source of current info - fees, forms, instructions, mailing address, etc. - is the USCIS website. I would use what you find there as the authoritative answer. But, still, read them twice! It's easy to overlook something, especially when you're anxious to get things started.
