Good morning everyone.This is my first time to post in visa journey.The nvc already submitted our case at the manila embassy last august 6.i haven't called manila embassy to ask if they already received our case.Anyways,my problem is regarding my tax transcript.I just went here to u.s last june 2007.I called irs to request tax transcript from 2007-2009.here is the ammount that i earned from 2007-2009

2007-6 thou something

2008- 8 hundred something (I just got my rn licence but unfortunately i wasnt able to find a job)

2009- 56 thou plus (i got 3 jobs thank God)

Do you think I'll be having a problem regarding my affidavit of support.I got 3 jobs now.1 full time and 2 part time..

  • 06.01.2010 - She flew from Dubai to Philippines for vacationing
  • 06.21.2010 - We met in Philippines
  • 06.24.2010 - Engaged
  • 06.28.2010 - Came back to USA
  • 07.05.2010 - She flew back to Dubai (work)
  • 08.02.2010 - Mailed I129F to VSC
  • 08.03.2010 - Delivered to VSC. Signed by D RENAUD.
  • 08.09.2010 - Check cashed
  • 08.14.2010 - NOA1 (Dated 08/06/2010)!!!!!!!!
  • 08.19.2010 - Touched!
  • 08.27.2010 - Received snail mail that typographical error was fixed.
  • 10.03.2010 - Touched!
  • 11.21.2010 - Visited her for a week in Dubai!
  • 02.14.2011 - NOA2 Approved on St. Valentine day!!!!!!!
  • 02.17.2011 - Packet left from NVC to ABU DHABI (Dubai)
  • 02.19.2011 - NOA2 hard copy received
  • 02.22.2011 - Packet reached ABU DHABI's consulate
  • 03.02.2011 - packet 3 & 4 received by email
  • 03.02.2011 - Confirmation of Interview on 04.14.2011 -
  • 03.07.2011 - Fiancee passed medical exam.
  • 04.14.2011 - K1-Visa Approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • 04.21.2011 - Picked up Visa !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just to save having another topic being opened....what if my previous 2 tax returns were filed jointly? Meaning with my ex wife? How does that work...from what I see, it has both our income combined into one total amount...

Any answers or advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.

03/25/2011 Skin test negative, smear test negative for TB, BUT still mandatory sputum test delay 8 Weeks
05/17/2011 Sputum results NEGATIVE Whoohoo...but I think the x-ray results need some work or some better way of detecting it
06/01/2011 Interview and VISA APPROVED!!!!
06/08/2011 Visa Received!!!
06/13/2011 USA Bound!!!
06/14/2011 Reunited smile.png
07/23/2011 Married

10/12/2012 I-485 and EAD

12/10/2012 Biometrics/Fingerprints

Joint tax returns with my ex was not an issue for us. Current and continuing income is what is evaluated. Be sure to submit recent paystubs along with employer letter(s) to held demonstrate your present earnings.
