Well anywhoo I just wanted to throw my 2 cents in there and I guess it's useful for you in some way so now you know, if you need me to moderate anything between the hours of 7am - 4pm it will take me 4x as long because I am an unskilled Blackberry user. :blush:

I am amused at the idea that VJ did have baiting and bad language in 2008.

2008 was awesome. Everyone was so nice. Remember the presidential primaries and the campaign? I have fond memories of Obama supporters, McCain supporters, Romney supporters and the Hillary supporter all being so cordial with each other. No one ever lost their cool. We had reasoned and rational debate for months on end.

there is this great scene from office space that would go well here. of course there is no gif for it - but those who have seen it will know the "face".

You know when the Bob's tell Lumbergh that Peter would be good for upper management and he oooooo and yeahhhs... that's what just came to mind after being reminded of the noobs thread.

In all fairness, that thread started off not to attack newbs, but to correct the people who were giving out ignorant and bad advice.
