Hi everyone, having problems downloading the poverty guideline form from the USCIS website and wondered if anyone else is having a similar problem?

When I try to download it a tab comes up which says "a later version of PDF reader is required, visit adobe...etc"

I definitely have the latest version so I'm confused!

Am unsure of current 2010 125% levels as my fiance doesn't have a particularly well-paid job at the mo...He's a chef, enough said really!!

Thank you :-)

Here is a direct link to the 2010 poverty guidelines : http://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty/10poverty.shtml

Be careful though as those are only 100%, you need to multiply the number by 1.25 to get 125%.

hope that helped

Good luck on your journey

A quick calculation for the two person case came up with $18,212.50 for the new 2010 thresholds. That didn't change.

Naturalization N-400
