Timeline

im here in U.S just since 4 month without job and when they gave me I-94 they didnt tell me that i can work and this form I-94 expired already in the same time with my visa i mean after 90 days but i didn't know that i can work with this authorization and after i sent my case I-485 with I-131 without I-765 then after 10 days i sent I-765 alone without fees and currently im waiting for biometrics very soon,

so i would like know what will happen? what about the EAD? thanks again.

YOu cannot work untill you have EAD or Green Card.

I-94 is NOT a work permit

K-1 visa is NOT a work permit.

EAD is a work permit. You need EAD(or green card) and SSN for work.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
