i got my invoice id number yesterday through email.3 of my uncle also got it.pd 22nov 2002

I have instructed by Embassy to fill out online application on "DS-260 https://ceac.state.gov/IV" , however I donot see option to add application. All i see is existing applicants.

Please plz reply urgently how to fill DS260 form online.

Thanks sanjku74! I have read the instruction from travel.state.gov, however in our case we had submitted ds-230 paper based forms. As I am instructed by embassy to fill ds-260 form online for my kid. When I sign in to website I see existing applications, with status saying not started, fee paid, but I dont see an option anywhere to add new applicant or application.

I hope I have communicated the problem that I am facing with DS-260. Should I complete our application online and then I would have the option to add more application, I am totaly confused.
