Ok on the VJ I-129F checklist it only states G235A for both petitioner and beneficiary. Somehow in all my research i missed the part where it says you have to 4 original copies. When i printed the form out, it only printed one copy. I only sent in one copy for both of us. I so want to kick myself right now.

Somehow i thought i was in the clear cause i had faintly remembered the thread with the VSC director and i remembered vaguely him saying that on old forms they didn't use all the copies.

The previous version of the G325a had pages 1,2,3,and 4. The latest version has only one page as per the paper work reduction act.

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

I only used one for the beneficiary and one for the petitioner, and got approved :) Don't worry, you didn't messed up!

01/12/2011: GreenCard approved!!!!

Green card expiration date: 01/05/2013
Sent ROC package to VSC: 11/16/2012
NOA1: 11/20/2012

Approval: 04/29/2013!!!!

Lol..you have it done right!!..we also had one copy for that..those 4copies were obsolete already...lol. :bonk: ..your profile pic shows..you and your fiancee looks good together!!..God bless.. :yes:

2010-03-09 -Got my Visa in Hand!!..Yepey..Thank God!!..

2010-17-09 -POE:SFO,CA

2010-23-10 -Wedding @ Springfield, MO

2010-07-12 -Filed for AOS & EAD(USPS Express Mail)

2010-08-12 -USCIS received the package

2010-14-12 -Received text & email from USCIS that they accepted our AOS & EAD Application..HAPPY BDAY MARIA!!

2010-20-12 -Got our NOA1 letters in the mail for our I-485 & I-765...A wonderful Christmas gift for us!!

2011-19-01 -Received Biometrics schedule!!

2011-07-02 -Biometrics done!!..thanked God!!

2011-17-03 -AOS Interview..APPROVED!!

2011-24-03 -GREENCARD received!!..it's green indeed!!..lol..
