IMO, if you truly have red flags or potential red flags for her casefile -

So when that happen,what do you do? Is there some kind of appeal or you just try all over again or simply move to your spouse's country?

Don't know what else is to do if you are married out of love...But it's BAD,IT IS VERY VERY BAD.
