Form G-325a

Hello!Im trying to gather all the documents needed and right now im filling out some forms for my AOS, im just a lil confused cuz one of the forms is G-325a which was also the same as before when i applied for K1 Visa few months ago, should i put same info like before or this time its gonna be different since im married now? Also, im appling for my work authorization and in item #16 Form I-765, i cant find the Part 2 (Eligibilty Categories)which i suppose to follow. Thank you so much for all your help, i really appreciate it.

prepare a new g-325a with the information updated

Eligibility categories are described in the I-765 instructions. For a adjustment of status applicant it is C 9
