So my wife appoints me as the agent to receive mail about her application? then she just fills out my address email and number and signs the bottom and thats it?

..yOUR WIFE should fill up the form and sign and send it back to the designated place. When they NVC recieve your form 2-3 days they will send you an email notice stating they recieved it and be ready of your I-864 Affidavit of Support Form along with the documents and fees.NOTE:produce a copy inn every document you send to the NVC for your future use.

Good Luck
