My husband is on active duty in the US AF and we were wondering what documents are needed when submitting the I-864... Im only asking this, cos he read SOMEWHERE online that he only needs to submit evidence that he is actually on active duty. Is that true or does he need to submit the "usual" dox??

He still needs to submit the usual docs, but he only needs to make 100% of the poverty line, not 125%.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
