Yes, you have to include that in the package. You can keep it simple and just state that you're legally able and willing to marry your fiancée and do so within 90 days of her arrival in the States. Address it to the USCIS.

Yes one needs be submitted by BOTH..

It is not hard; It can be as simple as:

I <name>, understand that as a condition of the K-1 visa, I must marry my fiance(e) within 90 days after arriving in the USA and it is my intent to do so.

You're welcome! I hope you both will have a speedy process. Make sure your fiancée makes one too!

For your fiancée's interview, you can just use the same content and address it to the US Embassy in the Philippines.

Good luck!

thank u for the reply it was a big help

It's not really necessary... It's not a legal document, there's no notary, it isn't listed as a requirement anywhere but on VJ.

I am quite sure you are referring to the updated or second letter of intent. I read of this too, and searching all of the requirements, I too only found the updated letter mentioned here. I therefore did not include any such second letter with my I-134. It is difficult enough keeping track of and complying with the requirements; I did not see a need to include other items someone decided to 'dream up'. That, or perhaps one of the embassies in another country suggests creating this document, however USEM to my knowledge does not require it.

The letter of intent that is required with the I-129F IS a required document, to be submitted along with the original I-129F Fiancee Petition package.

Just wanted to clarify.
