Hello

My wife is a US-Citizen, in January she filed the i-130 petition and she received the receipt in the mail and then in February she filed the i-129f

now we checked the status of the the two cases online on the USCIS website and this is what we get

and that's how the status of both of them looks like on the USCIS website

i-129f that was filed in February

Your wife will receive something in the mail as to what evidence they require. They may need somethink like more evidence of your marriage, but they may also need to you fill in blank answers on your forms

Oh, and you know the K-3 is dead right? IF USCIS approves your I-129F, it will likely be closed at NVC

Good luck

The K3 has been replaced with the CR-1/IR-1. Before it was believed that the K3 was faster to process than the CR-1, but that is no longer the case. So everyone that applied for a K3 before this went into effect is being automatically switched over to a CR-1, and people who are just beginning the process are being instructed to file for the CR-1 from the beginning.
