I would like to know if anyone could breakdown the time it would take to apply for the fiance visa and also breakdown the forms into who sends what where and the time between them if possible PLEASE

To get you started, I suggest reading the guide that VJ provides. They also include example forms so it's clear how to fill them out. The guide isn't completely up to date, but the process for getting started is accurate.

As for the timeline, it depends. It depends on the consulate, on the mail, on whether they need more evidence, on all kinds of things. Nobody can tell you for sure how long it will take for the whole process.

After your visa is approved and issued, you have 6 months to come to the US.
