Fees to pay exact pls?

praying that anyone out there can answer my question the soonest time possible.

The biological father of my kids is a US Citizen and arrive here in US through K2 visa, my plan is, for them to get their Citizenship the soonest time possible is for their father (US Citizen) to file for I-130 for each of them w/ a fee of $355/each they both aged 11 and 14 years old...after approval of I-130 file Adjustment of Status now my question is:

A. there a fee for adjustment of status for both of them?

B. Is Supplemental A to Form 485 still necessary?

C. Would they be Out of Status if we will just file one year from now as long as we file before 21 years of age?

thanks you so much in advance for any information you can share.

has this K-2 visa holder been a US Citizen for 5 years or longer? He might qualify, instead, for filing 'Consular Record of Birth Abroad'.

(I assume this 'father' arrived in USA on a K-2 visa, tell me if I'm wrong?)

I suggest you look into that, asap.

and what is YOUR status, exactly ?
