Help with Affidavit of support

Hi all,

I have my joint sponsor now we need to fill out the forms, I do not want to make mistakes so I need your help!! Thank you all in advance... :thumbs:

  • On Affidavit of support my joint sponsor has to include his total household # (dependents on his taxes) plus my husband the PETITIONER correct?
  • I am the sponsor when I fill out the Affidavit of Support I also put my husband the Petitioner correct?

I will be submitting transcript and according to instructions I do not have to include anything else (no W2)

My joint sponsor will be submitting tax return copy with W2 (first page only of tax return?)

Both of us will include letter of employment even though not really required.

I think this is all right now, thanks for your help.
