I used the guides and flowcharts from here for our K-1 and had no RFE's (so far). They really are helpful.

5/01/2010- Mailed I-129-F
5/03/2010- I-129F received at Vermont processing center
5/04/2010- NOA 1 (received on 5/10/2010)
5/06/2010- Check cashed by USCIS
6/22/2010- NOA 2 (received on 6/26/2010)
6/24/2010- NVC received application
6/28/2010- Application sent to Lima embassy
7/07/2010- Consulate Received Application
7/09/2010- Pkt 3 sent to fiancee' (which he still hasn't received)
7/15/2010- E-mailed embassy & got response back- they said to watch for pkt in mail and gave me inteview date
8/16/2010- Interview- need an additional police certificate from Costa Rica :( so not approved today, but once they receive certificate will mail visa :)
8/16/2010-Trip to Costa Rica embassy for help with certificate- Let the games begin
8/17/2010-Trip to Notary, trip to Minister Relacciones Exteriores, trip to Notary collage
8/18/2010-Back to notary collage, back to MRE, back to Costa Rica embassy
8/19/2010-Back to MRE
8/20/2010-Back to Costa Rica embassy- whew,finally, "stamp collection" on paper complete and can now attempt to get actual police certificate needed

11/01/2010-all paperwork in - Approved

12/12/2010-He arrived here!! :joy:

1/11/2011-married (L)

1/14/2015-Spouse applied for citizenship

3/27/2015-biometrics appointment

5/6/2015-interview

I-129F NOA1 Hard Copy : May 4th 2010

Touched: May 5th 2010

I-129F RFE(s) : None!

I-129F NOA2 : July 19th 2010

NVC Received : July 23rd 2010

NVC Left : July 26th 2010

Consulate Received : July 29th 2010

Packet 3 Received : July 30th 2010

Packet 3 Sent : August 18th,2010

Medical Exam : August 17th 2010

Packet 4 Received :August 25th 2010

Interview Date : September 21st 2010

Interview Result : APPROVED! ( at 5 months exactly)

Visa Received : October 4th 2010

US Entry : October 18th 2010

Marriage : November 20th 2010

Filed AOS and EAD: December 8th 2010

NOA date for AOS and EAD: December 15th 2010

Biometrics Appointment: January 14th 2010

EAD Approved:February 12 20111

EAD Card Received: February 22 2011

Adjustment of Status Approved: February 17th 2011

Green Card Received: February 24th 2011
