My fiance is currently a F-1 holder. We are getting married in August of this year. Please correct or adjust what I have written here, if I'm right or wrong.

1. Get Married :)))))

2. File AOS for permanent Resident: I-485

File EAD

File Travel Permit (forget the number)

3. File I-864 - Affidavit of Support

Note: we would submit the i-485,EAD,travel permit, and I-864 all at the time same..

Am I missing something any elements here?!

You're missing the very important I130. See guide posted above. Good luck!

I just went though that guide! thanks a million.

In the warning section for the guide, it clearly calls out info about being here on a tourist visa. My fiance currently has a F-1.. any warnings that I clearly should know about?
