Email Addresses Given to NVC

What is the point of giving your Email addresses to the NVC operator when you find out your case number? What will they do with those email addresses?

In other words - what correspondence can you expect to receive via email? What particular role does the email address play - is it part of an online login system to the NVC website?

well, it's a great way to receive a 'ds-3032 kit' and go forth with the start of NVC processing !!!

For Shure, though - you will receive the AOS fee bill, with an IIN -

via email

and that IIN is important when attempting to log in to the online payment portal

If you are 'homed' to an Embassy that allows it - NVC will send (via email) the appointment letter, as well, way after yer finished up at NVC.

Is some issue about email, for you and yours?

You give your email so the process goes much much faster. Everything is communicated through the email you provide. Things like you AOS bill being issued, you fee recieved, your IV fee issued and so forth. I think it's a good idea to give email for both you and your spouse.
