Should I send the AOS I-864 in Express Mail?

The LingChe NVC shortcut doesn't say and I'm wondering whether it makes any difference or not.

It doesn't seem like the IV Fee Bill depends on reception of the AOS, and would be impacted, does it?

Yes you can. If you pay and if you have the AOS Cover Sheet

When status of the AOS shows as PAID (online): Print the barcode (Cover Sheet) and include it in your AOS package and mail it.

yea the IV bill has nothing to do with u sending the AOS document. ive seen some ppl sending the 2 packages together. it depends how u want to do it. if i were u i would pay the AOS bill wait for it to b paid and send the doc's along with coversheet.

usually IV bill becomes available about 5 days after u send the DS3032 choice of agent email form.

I see. My AOS bill shows as paid so I'm ready to send that part. On the other hand the IV bill hasn't been invoiced yet so I was wondering whether this was dependent on the reception of the AOS package.

Now I know it's "just" a matter of waiting a bit longer...
