Just found out today that our case has been approved for expedite through NVC and is on it's way to the Montreal Consulate.

The NVC operator told me that Montreal was the one that approved the expedite sooo here's hoping it will mean our interview will be expedited as well!

Yahooo! Maybe we'll make it to the US before my hubby deploys afterall! :dance:

Thanks! I'm pretty pumped, tho, I'm gonna try to stay realistic because I really don't have any idea what an expedite for Montreal really means. I assume, since they are so backed up and short staffed my expedite will likely not be as speedy as an expedite at other, less busy consulates.

Email them right away with your case number as subject and in the body of the email put that they approved expedite and you are emailing to request your interview date!
