Im quite surprise! I thought it would take much longer to receive the NOA2 after the NOA1 as I had read on here. I have receive both within a month. VSC is moving right along! Only wish the process could be so smooth in Ghana! Anyhoo, I happy that the first part is moving along smoothly. :-)

Congrats!!! I wish I already knew my appointment date (wishing for as soon as possible..)

  • 05-19-2010 filed I-130 DCF
  • 07-10-2010 RFE...duh
  • 07-10-2010 sent back required document
  • 07-28-2010 Interview - approved :)
  • 07-30-2010 sent in missing document
  • 08-07-2010 Visa received
  • 09-07-2010 moving to our new home

In topic I meant NOA1 and NOA2! Did not see anywhere to edit. I guess I'm too excited! LOL!

We did DCF received RFE Saturday (a really silly one, duh, but oh well), RFE sent back Saturday, delivered to them on Monday, no idea about anything yet, they have my interview-ready-list for almost 2 months now...Stalking the mailbox and hoping for super good news now every day

WOW! You and I submitted our petitions at the same time! And you got your NOA2 already...that's amazingly quick! I wonder if it takes longer to get an NOA2 for the I-130, which is what I sent in. But this is great news! You still have a long journey ahead but one has to celebrate the victories in overcoming each step of the journey. Congratulations!

2011-03-14: Received Conditional Green Card
2011-04-01: Received SS Card
2012-03-25: Our son is born!

OUR VISA JOURNEY IS OFFICIALLY OVER!
