Do you mean Adjusting in the US from a k-1?

Right now in Ghana getting a CR interview in Ghana is very hard/long wait- K1s are slow too but they are being scheduled- thats today. who knows about in a few months, even though AOS may take awhile here (depending on your area) it might be worth it cause at least your loved one will be here.

Hope that helps?

Still not sure I understand the question correctly, but they are two completely different things done at completely different times in the process; AOS is done after marriage when entering the USA on a K1 visa, it takes about 3 months, and you cannot travel or work until it is done. Lifting conditions on a CR-1 visa is done 90- days before your 2 year greencard expires, so almost 2 years after you enter the USA. With the CR-1, you can work and travel immediately; the lifiting of conditions, assuming you have a bonafide marriage, is really just paperwork and a fee (and sometimes an interview).
