You should call back, inquire what the supervisor wanted, specifically.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hello I did at first but the operator told me to make sure she is reviewing your file.....and then i was told that she worked until 3.30 first shift....but i know that they will no transfer my call friend of mine works for NVC and they talk like robots all the time because they pressure to have the customer on line no more than 3 minutes so they won't transfer my call and put me on whole for a long time....I will insist on monday again. If I was important she should have left a message or send an email what do you think?? at the same time i don't think that she was going to call me and ask me to call her back to say I am reviewing your file hmmmm confused.
