Hello All

In packet 3 from the embassy say turn in I-134, so my question is do i have to turn any paper work with that like tax, pay stub or just take tax and pay stub with me when i go for the interview.

Yes, yes and yes. You should bring with you a copy of last year's tax return with corresponding W2s. If you have them for the past 3 years even better. You should also take with you a letter of employment where its says how much you make a year. And last, but not least, try to take copies of the last few pay stubs so you can show as current proof of income.
