Hello fellow members,

Forgive me if this is in the wrong forum. I would just like to hear your opinion regarding this matter.

Due to work reasons and financial reasons.we are planning to have my two minor kids travel by themselves with of course the airlines personnel assisting them.(this would be our last opion though.

My kids are 8 and 13.. would this be okay if they will travel by themselves ?? what are tha paper works that i need to prepare for them to be allowed to fly?

Thanks for your reply.

my kids also travel by themselves via Philippine Airline..i told to the airline that my kids are minor and requested for full assistance...they assist my kids from thier country of origin and to thier destination...and sign a custody released paper from the airline representative once i had my kids with me at the airport waiting area...and they ask me for my valid driver license for verification......your kids will be fine....minors are the airline's 1st priority once they travel alone....

Is it one flight, or a connection? When I worked for an airline (several years ago), we did not accept Unaccompanied Minors under 12 for connecting flights. Check with your chosen airline for their rules.
