hi everyone!

I had my medical exam @ SLEC, the form is dated July 13, 2009. We are in the process of applying for AOS and it's already July 5, 2010. Do i need to have a medical exam ? and if yes, should the price should still be 213$ since i already had some of the vaccines.

thank you for your help.

The medical exam is valid for one year so most likely you will need a new one. It must be done by a Civil Surgeon and prices vary considerably. I would suggest you read the thread regarding Civil Surgeons who don't rip you off or call around for prices.

Thanks for your quick reply. Is there any chance to avoid another medical exam? What it if i could have my I693 signed by Surgeon before July 13 ? would it still be safe?

Thanks for any inputs!..
