OK first no I am not talking about kids and no I don't have any. And is it unfair? Yes of course it is.. I am not being racist or prejudice at all but I am sorry but you do not see people from Sweden trying to hijack planes.. I am not saying you do that and DO NOT TWIST MY WORDS.. All I am saying is that if they have to be very picky and take their time to make sure the honest people LIKE YOU! can come to this country and live a happy and safe life then it is worth it.

no i am not twisting your word. its but natural, you showed your instant reaction on this thing and not blaming you at all then imagine an officer who is dealing our case would be more tough even though the ground facts show that our case is not fake at all.

Whoah buddy calm down there..

1. Yes I do love her more then life itself.

2. She lived here for 8 years and went to school and got a degree but was unable to get a work visa and with her customs I need to ask her parents for her hand so she had to go back. She wants to live here in the USA. And ya know what I do too.. I was born here and a proud American.

3. Do not pass judgements on me when I have been nothing but civil. You don't know me or my situation and therefore now its just being slander.

I do care about everyone .. I don't have hate except for people that don't have respect for life. But if life has to be a little more strict to ensure my safety and my future familes safety then I am 100% behind it.

It really has nothing to do with whether you case is valid or fake. The sad fact of life is that with the world situation the way it is, anyone from an islamic country or with islamic sounding name is going to be checked and double checked.

Is it fair, absolutely not!!! But under the circumstances it is a fact of life.

Just for discussion sake.

Both sides need to back off and take a long look at what they are doing. Both the US, their allies and the Islamic countries need to step back and stop this madness before we go so far that there is no turning back.

Both sides are wrong, both sides have to back off and take a look at we are doing in the name of religion!!!

Well then dont throw words "like family doesnt proove genuineness". it hurts too much. well you are a man(probbaly) and so am I. we dont know how painfull it is to be mother. but my fiance went throught this experince twice in front of my eyes and everytime i just thought damn i am lucky not to be a woman.

offcourse there is no evidance which can proove your inner but if USCIS ask for the evidances then it means they do have meanings. And in my case we gave evidances in shape of two lives and a solid realtionship.

anyway i am not dissapointed nor much worried. every thing has an end. we say in our langauge its late but not dark. well right now our case is in the final steps. my passorts, birht certificates and other original docs are in the consulate so i dont think so that they would be too late to decied anything.

sorry for anything harsh. its just the frustration and helplessness that has come out of me. we have been going through this immigration and bearucratic process more than three years. so evrything feels like punch on our face.

family does not mean genuiness! I am sorry it doesn't. Should it? Yes .. but it doesn't. when I said "not genuine" Do I think that you have a genuine family. Well my gut would say yes .. But this is a message board I do not know you. I was just meaning there are sick people in this world that would do things like that.. It is a hard thing to swallow.. I can't even fathom it.. but I know it is out there. Sad .. Very .. and No I don't have a maternal instinct like any woman would.

And Dwar.. yes both need to back off or there will be serious reprecussions.. and no one wants to live in fear.. its not a way to live.

both sides are wrong???

I feel for the OP and his family, but I think that its going to be a reality.

All the free nations of the world are under attack, and I really dont care if they go thru every possible kind of check that exists, and I hope they reinstitute profiling. Its time to put a stop to these crazies, and being political correct at this moment somehow escapes me.

Once again, sorry to you sir and you situation, but at least you are living together, and have your family together, but as an American, I hope they catch and kill every one of these radicals. Maybe one day, the libeals of Europe may get a little more concerned of the reality of what is really happening.

I only wish the OP good luck.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.
