I'm about to send of my k-1 then I find out I need 4 or 8 of the G-325A forms. How many am I supposed to send to USCIS? I thought just one from me and one from fiance, and of course make copies of my entire packet. Then I hear i must fill out 4 of them and he must fill out 4 of them and I send them off. Are they the exact same document filled out four times from each of us? Do we both need to sign each others G-325A? Please help :(

Well I personally just sent one G-325A for me and one for my fiancée. Got approved (no RFE's) and waiting for her interview on July 7th. You need to sign your own G-325A.

Just be sure to make copies as you said. I made about 4 copies and ended up having to make some more when I sent my fiancée two copies of the I-129f packet just to be safe.

Good luck and speedy journey!

I agree with just sending one for each of you. I don't know where the idea of sending several copies came from but the instructions clearly states that you only need to submit one for each of you.

There was also a debate as to whether or not you actually sign them. I'm telling you to sign them.

Good luck on your journey!
