Submitting I-94 card for AoS

I'm just about ready to send off my AoS application, and am busy putting together the last minute bits of paperwork.

One question I have about the I-94 (arrivals/departure card) --- should I submit the original card, or send a photocopy? I feel a little anxious about sending the original document to the USCIS, so don't want to send it unless it's required.

What did everyone else do? I checked the instructions on the USCIS website, but it's a little unclear.

Whatever you do, DO NOT send the original, you'll need it for the interview. Send a copy (front and back).

Yep! We just sent the photocopy front and back and had no problem. The original was taken at the interview. Good luck with AOS!

I'm relieved it isn't necessary to send the original. It made me anxious to think of what might happen if they were to lose it had we sent it in with the AoS application. The instructions were very vague, so I am glad I checked here first.
