I didn't paste the link because it's simple to search for "fiance(e) visa" on the website.

Anyway, here it is: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_2994.html The question is: What If the Applicant Is Ineligible for a Visa?

P.S.: But yes, sorry, that's what it's written right there. It seems like the HIV Infection has been removed.

Question: Did they remove the HPV from the medical as well? That's what I've read some months ago. I can't remember the website.

If you will be doing it through Ghana be prepared for a very long CR-1 wait... look at the portal for Ghana and see the issues they are facing. It might be worth the rebuttle. Best of luck!
