Hi I'm new here and I have some questions ...

my boyfriend and I met in person now in May 2010, but we know two years ago over the internet .. can we apply for fiancee visa?

After the USCIS approves the Form I-129F, with all forms and evidence, the package will be sent to Chile by USCIS or my boyfriend will have to send it to me?

thanks for replying :)

The K1 guide found on this very site has the answers to your questions...you should also read the K1 flowchart (found in the Guides section as well).

If you have met in person in the last 2 years (and you meet the other I-129F requirements) you can file the petition. USCIS will send your package who will send it to the NVC who will send it to Chile. Again, this is all covered in the guides. Please familiarize yourself with them, they are very important for succeeding in your visa journey.

Met: December 2009

Married: April 2015

Received CR-1 visa: February 2017

POE (as IR-1): April 2017

Oath ceremony: November 2020
