Hello,

When sending I-751 do we need to attach both identifications ( of beneficiary & USC) or just beneficiary?

I was planning to send only the copy of my green card and marriage certificate but now I'm confused.

Thank you!

Just the beneficiary, as far as sending copies of ID is concerned.

I guess you can also submit copies of both licenses or state ids as proof that you have the same address on your ids.

7/12/04 - mailed I-485 (AOS) and I-765 (EAD)

7/13/04 - AOS package arrived at NYC District Office

7/22/04 - NOA1 (AOS)

7/22/04 - NOA1 (EAD)

7/26/04 - received both NOAs in the mail

7/28/04 - Fingerprinting and biometrics appointment

8/02/04 - Fingerprint results received by USCIS

8/23/04 - Received AOS interview appointment

10/7/04 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

10/15/04 - E-mail from USCIS stating AOS approved

10/18/04 - Hubby receives green card in the mail

HI!

I would suggest to you to submit both identifications and do the front and the back of them .

Why do you need to send the copy of your marriage certificate again?

Havent you submitted it already with the Adjustment of Status petition 2 years ago?..

If you have done it already ,you dont need to do it again as the USCIS already have the copy of your marriage certificate in their file as otherwise you wont be Granted a Conditional Residence Status without submitting it earlier as i guess. :star:

Send the copy of your Conditional Card: front and back as well.

As i have mentioned above you need to submit both identifications as drivers licensies., copies of the car insurancies cards on both names, any cards you have indicating the same adresses or the both names should be defenetely submitted with the I-751.

Good luck

Best wishes.

We did not submit ID for both of us (my husband and myself), just for myself - the photocopy of the green card.

We did, however, send (among other things) a copy of our lease agreement that showed that we live together at the same address.

We got approved, with no problems.
