Hello fellow VJers. Just wanted to voice some frustration and wondering if I'm the only one. My original I-129F package was mailed on June 5th and I received my return reciept from USPS on June 16th and still waiting for the NOA1 to be received. ####### is going on? This was sent to the California Service Center. Is anyone else experiencing this long of a wait time, especially for their NOA1. This is pretty pathetic if you ask me. Sorry to rant and vent but I just wanted to share this with everyone? Anyone think I'll receive my confirmation this week? LOL! What a joke :bonk:

If you sent a personal check, see if its been cashed. The case number will be stamped on the back and starts with EAC.....You can then set up an account on the USCIS website and check your status.

Good luck!

BB&MJ! We sent ours June 5th as well and the cheque hasn't been cashed. I looked through the timelines and it seems we've been waiting the longest out of everybody at CSC. What gives? I'm trying to be patient but it's hard...this is supposed to be the quickest part of the process!!

Just be patient. We've been in the same boat as you are. It took us 14 days to received the NOA1 and several months to receive the NOA2, but after that, it'll be smooth ride. Good luck. :)
